The Bridgefy App enables users to send offline messages to friends and family within a range of 330 ft (100 m), even without internet access. By simply activating your Bluetooth antenna, you can stay connected in various situations such as traveling, natural disasters, rural communities, music festivals, and sports stadiums.
The Broadcast tab within the app allows you to chat with other Bridgefy users within your Bluetooth antenna range during challenging times when internet connectivity is unreliable. All messages sent through the Bridgefy messaging app mesh networks are encrypted. It's important to note that broadcast messages can be seen by anyone nearby.
To start using the Bridgefy app:
- Turn on Bluetooth
- Open Bridgefy (an internet connection is required only the first time you open it) and grant location permissions to use the Bridgefy technology via Bluetooth
- Go to the Broadcast tab
- Start sharing messages with people within 330 ft (100 m) of your location

No need to add contacts to Bridgefy as the app automatically detects other Bridgefy users nearby and allows you to chat using the Broadcast section.
